I went there today to attempt to visit Dr. E about my ankle. My copay was $20 as they would not take cash. I had given my credit card to my wife this morning and I asked them to call her for payment since they would not take cash. The employee who was very rude said they will not do that although every other doctors office in Columbus will make the call. I will NEVER visit that office again. They have zero professionalism and are very rude and do not care anything about patients. The Doctor needs to to take a hard look at his employees before they run every patient off !

So years ago I had surgery on my foot done by another podiatrist. So that was a less than awesome experience. Went to ER for an ulcer and there was some confusion as the doctor on duty said he needed to call him. Thankfully the ER doctor voiced my covers to Dr. Smith who was the on-call podiatrist. He was very pleasant and luckily was accepting new patients. I followed up with Dr. Smith, but unfortunately ended up needing surgery, which he performed. He is very quick and efficient and I love that! He is also very thorough. Now everyone in the office is great too. The wait is never very long and to me that's impressive. But most importantly he seems to know his audience and he makes sure as a patient I understand the assignment. Its important that you have a good rapport with your foot doc because many people will go untreated because they would rather not see their podiatrist... and when your diabetic...infections can happen fast.
