They are the most knowledgeable people and are so helpful and kind of any Doctors office that I have ever been . Dr Espirito cares about his patients and always wants to know how I’m doing.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was taken to an exam room within 5 minutes. Dr Smith care in, took care of my problem, and then took time to answer all my questions.

Dr. Smith is a great doctor, he did my foot surgery last year and he explained everything to me. I had a fall about 4 ft and injured my foot again but he told me what was going on with it and put a brace on it. I would recommend Columbus foot and ankle to anyone.

Dr. Nicholas Smith was very thorough, explaining the source of the arch pain which caused my visit. He prescribed a process of exercises, ice therapy and anti-inflammatory medication to resolve a hyper-extended tendon. I felt heard, understood and cared for in a minimally invasive way. So years ago I had surgery on my foot done by another podiatrist. So that was a less than awesome experience. Went to ER for an ulcer and there was some confusion as the doctor on duty said he needed to call him. Thankfully the ER doctor voiced my covers to Dr. Smith who was the on-call podiatrist. He was very pleasant and luckily was accepting new patients. I followed up with Dr. Smith, but unfortunately ended up needing surgery, which he performed. He is very quick and efficient and I love that! He is also very thorough. Now everyone in the office is great too. The wait is never very long and to me that's impressive. But most importantly he seems to know his audience and he makes sure as a patient I understand the assignment. Its important that you have a good rapport with your foot doc because many people will go untreated because they would rather not see their podiatrist... and when your diabetic...infections can happen fast.

Dr. Smith did an excellent job. The x-ray sent me everything that I really needed to know. He prescribed me some oral steroids and tell me that the injectable ones wouldn't work and would Possibly tear my tendon don't want that to happen so maybe some physical therapy will be needed. I have bone spurs On my heel that are very painful!! May have a follow up appointment with Dr. Smith in a month and we'll see how to go from there! He's a very professional doctor and I would recommend him highly!

I had to have a toenail removed due to an injury, and I was amazed at how easy, fast, and painless the procedure was. I have had this same procedure done at a dermatology office before and the pain was so extreme that night. I had no pain at all after Dr. Espiritu’s procedure. His assistant was very kind and helped create a clam atmosphere prior to the procedure. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Is great surgery healing, his nurse outstanding, scheduling and front desk staff absolutely the best. Warm, caring, cheerful. No words can describe how wonderful this team is. All but one the one who removes stitches nice but carelrss, thinks she is dealing with horses hoof's. Almost undead all that wonderful Dr. SMITH AND HIS FANTASTIC NURSE HAD METICULOUS DONE. Luckily his nurse corrected what this FARRIER had done.

The only negative thing was the heavy front door shoulder be a handicap automatic door. Most patients coming in were with walkers or a foot boot. So a automatic front door would be helpful and appreciated. G Keep up the good work foot and ankle!

Toe nail fungus

Dr . Troy is always pleasant and compassionate.

My plantar fasciitis of right foot has been 21 months. Now I have it starting in left foot. He started me in PT of left foot right away. I already am in therapy for right foot. Dr. Espirtu does not want to do surgery at this point. I know he has my best interest at heart. Some days I would sign a surgery permit right away. I wear my inserts, ice my feet 2 or 3 times a day and do my stretching as instructed. He told me to keep doing everything I am doing and he has faith that it will go away. Dr. Espirtu fully understands the pain as he has had bilateral PF also.

The staff was amazing and Dr E was the best he talked to me not me. I understood what was going to happen and why.

I had surgery on December 2nd done on my hammer toe on my left foot. My pain levels wasn't too bad after my surgery that I couldn't deal with. I didn't take any of my pain pills. I only took Aleve when I had some pains. Even though my toe still have a little swelling at times, but it feel so much better! Now I will not be ashamed to wear my sandals. No more ugly toe! I will be a dancing machine at my next social event. I will recommend Dr. Troy Espiritu and his staff to my family and friends. My left foot says thanks!

As always good. friendly professional medical care. However they need to upgrade their waiting room furniture. It’s difficult for us older folks to get up. Firmer newer chairs would be appreciated. There, I’ve said it!

Great doctor, I had 2 torn tendons and he cleaned them up and removed the bad stuff. I'm healing well. He explained everything that he was going to do during surgery and what he did during surgery.

I went to Dr. Espirit for plantar fasciitis. He gave me the proper treatment and exercises and I was good to go in a short period of time.
